Most dispensaries have email lists full of subscribers that haven’t made a purchase or interacted with their content in 90 days+.

They’ve most likely made a purchase (if they’re subbed), so you have at least some data collected on them.
They’re already familiar with your brand.
Only 20-40% of the average email list contains active subscribers.
If you want to make more money, stop trying to acquire new customers; focus on the ones you have instead.
Re-engagement campaigns achieve open rates of up to 60%, have 15% (or more) conversion rates, and best of all; re-engaging former customers is much cheaper than acquiring new ones!
